Smart Key / Keyless Entry

Newer VW models use a proximity key, unlock and start without taking the key out of your pocket. When lost or damaged, the new key must be paired to the vehicle's system before it works.

Remote Flip Key

The most common VW key type. The blade folds into the fob. When the blade snaps, the hinge breaks, or the remote stops responding, we handle the fix or full new key with programming.

Transponder Key

Found on older VW models. The chip inside must be programmed to match your immobilizer, cutting alone is not enough to start the car.

Remote Fob Only

If your blade still works but the remote has stopped, we supply and program a compatible fob so your central locking and alarm work properly again.

A Note on VW Key Systems
